Strata Accounts

 

Did you know if you live in a strata, you can still access all of WestStar’s services, including any of our Premier Packages, HD and DVR?

If WestStar’s basic service is included in your rent or strata fees, but you want to add-on additional services all you have to do is call and set up your own separate account. You will still pay for your basic cable at the discounted rate through your rent or monthly fees, but any of our additional services will be paid for separately and directly to WestStar through your own account.

To upgrade to premier packages:

Simply call WestStar Customer Service, set up your own account and chose from our wide range of Premier Packages including Sports, Movies, Alternative Language and Family Viewing. Your chosen Premier Packages will be immediately added to your TV viewing. No installation required.

To upgrade to HD or DVR:
Simply call WestStar Customer Service, set up your own account and our service agent will arrange installation of your HD or DVR converter at a time that is convenient to you*. A once-off installation fee of $50 is required. Please note all cable boxes in the household must to be switched to either HD or HD/DVR.

Did you know if your complex has at least 16 units, the entire complex could upgrade to HD and/or DVR and take advantage of bulk discount rates?

*In certain circumstances Stratas under contract may be required to sign an addendum giving residents permission to upgrade. Stratas not currently under contract will be required to sign an updated contract.
