Good News! Individual residents in strata complexes can now upgrade their cable packages and enjoy HD or HD/DVR!

Strata Complex Residents - HD/DVR Upgrade Requirements:

• Complexes must have a minimum of 16 units in order to qualify for the HD or HD/DVR discounted rate.
• Stratas under contract will be required to sign an addendum giving residents permission to upgrade.
• Stratas not currently under contract will be required to sign an updated contract.
• All cable boxes in the resident’s home will need to be switched to either HD or HD/DVR.
• Residents will continue to receive their discounted monthly basic rate through their strata.
• Individual strata residents will not receive a discount on the monthly HD or HD/DVR retail rates.
• Discounts will be applied if the entire strata upgrades to HD or HD/DVR which will be calculated based on the number of units in the strata.
