You can choose when in the month is most convenient - the 1st or 20th - giving you greater control over your money. Just download and fill out the Direct Debit Form (see link below) with proof of your bank account number and account name (bank statement or voided cheque, etc.) and hand it in to a WestStar Customer Care representative, post it to us at PO Box 30563 Grand Cayman KY1-1203 or scan and email it to support@weststartv.ky

Yes, you may unsubscribe from receiving your eBill at any time. Simply call Customer Care on 745-5555. Once unsubscribed you will receive paper bills instead of an eBill. - Will my email address be shared with external parties?
No, your email address will never be shared with any external parties. - Will I still receive my bill in the post as well?
No, once you’ve signed up for eBilling you will receive your bill by email only. If you wish to revert back to receiving paper bills instead you can do so at any time. - Is eBilling a free service?
Yes, eBilling is a free service. There is no charge for signing up and receiving your bill electronically.
